Mauricio Cervilla Fischer is a director and producer from Barcelona. In his films, he mainly deals with people and their coexistences in everyday life. In addition to his studies of cinematography and production with a minor in dramaturgy at the Academy for Television and Digital Media in Munich, he founded the production company Atem Film together with Tim Jenni. Since 2012, Mauricio has written and directed several short, feature and documentary films that have been screened at numerous international film festivals. His shortfilm "Reflex", premiered at the Festival de Cannes 2017 in the Court Métrage category. Since 2022 he is stipendiary of the stipend "Young Art and New Ways" of the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art. As a commercial director, he realised several commercials and music videos. He has worked for clients such as Piëch Automotive, Rational, Clueso and Max Herre. Mauricio lives in Munich and works internationally on commissioned and personal films.
